John Frederick Smyth-Blood
and Coralie Dingle.
John Frederick Smyth-Blood ("Jack") was born on 24 April, 1920, in Gawler, South Australia, and died on 1 August 2003, in Adelaide, South Australia. He was the only son of John Smyth-Blood and Catherine Howie, and is buried at Centennial Park Cemetery.
Coralie Dingle was born on 12 November, 1924, in Big Timber, Montana, USA. She is the only child of Rev. Frank Dingle and Jane Adelaide ("Jean") Brown, and was born while her father was in the ministry at the First Congregational Church, in Big Timber; her parents were both South Australian born and bred.
Coralie is happy and healthy, aged 85, and lives with her elder daughter, Andrea Smyth-Blood Payne (Oh, Good Lord, that's me - Andie!), four cats (the Earls and Countess of Pouncefoot) and two Golden Labradors, in Salisbury North, South Australia.
